Teamwork Challenge Course at UVA’s Poplar Ridge

leave a comment »

A group of junior and senior boarding boys participated in University of Virginia’s Poplar Ridge experiential learning program.  The boys started off solving problems that required them to complete tasks by overcoming physical obstacles while thinking outside of the box all while working as a team.  Then they had the opportunity to try out “The Nessy” which is an off-the-ground activity where beams are suspended in the air by movable cables.  One team member would cross the beams while the members on the ground stabilized them using the cables.  Please check out our slide show HERE to see what fun they had!
