Student’s Photograph Selected as Finalist

Rachel L. had her photograph recently selected as a finalist for the 32nd Annual Photographers Forum College and High School Photo Contest, co-sponsored by Nikon. Her work will be published in a wonderful hardcover book and she remains in a group of finalists that have the opportunity to receive additional awards and prizes. Over 18,000 photographs were submitted. Congratulations to Rachel on this immense honor!

Poster Contest Student Participation

Eighth grade student Taylor P. created this poster for the American Association of Teachers of French National French Week 2011 Poster Contest. There were over 90 entries received at all levels from all over the country, and Taylor earned a certificate of participation. All of the entries, including Taylor’s, can be found HERE.
